Working with Bidders to provide project management expertise on complex infrastructure bids, ensuring bids and subsequent negotiations are delivered according to outline requirements, ensuring a professional and engaged relationship with procuring authorities and delivering on time.

Bid Modelling

Providing financial analysis and financial modelling capability to bid teams on prospective bids in the Rail and Social infrastructure sectors. Modelling and option appraisal of key components of bids including Capex, Operating, Financing, Staff and Commercial costs.

Technical Advisory

Providing technical contract management expertise, including assessment of whole life costs during the bid stage and ensuring contractual obligations with regards to technical (capex/lifecycle/FM) responsibilities are met during operations.

Whole Life Costing

Providing Whole Life Cost Management services in relation to new bids and existing operating contracts, including Lifecycle modelling, variation pricing and efficient integration with capex, facilities management and ongoing handback/disposal requirements.
