Transport for London
Provided financial and commercial advice and the building of a circa £1billion funding and finance model for the potential Northern Line Extension. Feasibility modelling, including costs and associated incremental revenues with the development around the tunnel. (2011)
Public Sector
Provided financial and commercial advice to the public sector on the £600m Mersey Gateway Bridge Crossing (PFI/PPP) in the UK. Duties included financial model updates, reporting on changes, as well as building a performance model based on Journey time and maintenance failures. (2011)
Virgin Rail
Analyst on the West Coast rail franchise bid, providing financial modelling, cost management and commercial expertise. Interfaced with operational teams to develop business cases and integrate them into the financial model according to DfT bid requirements. Maintained the record of assumptions and provided a thorough evaluation of the finance plan to financial advisor signoff. (2011)
